I bought a cookbook with the most appealing title: 30 Minute Suppers. Today I made my third meal from that particular book. It took me an hour to put together. The last one also took an hour, while the one before that took an hour and a half!
Apparently I need a sous chef.

YOu and me both!! I put sauce in the crock pot with saugage for dinner last night and forgot to plug it in!!! :)
Maybe it's the Rachel Ray approach: 30 minutes if everything is already washed and chopped...?
Do they sell a 15 minute recipe book?
